Capital One on Contribution Comfort

Capital One's Chrstine McClung, David Wilson and Mahtab Sabet shared their personal experiences and perspective on embracing diversity. David mentioned the contribution comfort, which is ultimately creating a culture that empowers employees to participate and to feel heard.
Each member of the panel agreed that when an individual feels included, they will bring valuable ideas to the table.
