Lydia Sarkovski today is the Sr. Solution Engineer for the Marketing Cloud at Salesforce.com. In the last 6 Years Lydia, has moved around in the company and built her brand by taking on a few different and untraditional roles at salesforce.com. Her experience includes Account Executive for Small, and High Growth accounts as well as Mid-Market Accounts, Lydia moved into Product Management for the Data.com Global Product and lead the Product enablement project with Data.com. Currently Lydiais a Sr. Solution Engineer with the Marketing Cloud which is the leading Marketing automation platform integrated into Salesforce.
Some of Lydia’s success with in the Canadian Central Office is Co-Founding and Launching Outforce-Toronto (now Running into its 3rd year). Outforce is a Community promoting and celebrating diversity in all forms within our Toronto and Global workforce. Our mission is driving allies in Diversity, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity at Salesforce - Central Canada.

Larissa brings a wealth of professional experiences, ranging from leading the Customer Development function at a HR technology startup, as well as having a successful career as a management consultant at Deloitte. She has been responsible for operations, sales and people management; always with the goal of growing revenue while creating a unique employee experience. Once upon a time Larissa worked as a contemporary art curator in England. She is based in Toronto with her wife and daughter.

Johnathan is the CPO at Hubba, a board member for Creative Commons, and used to run the Firefox group for Mozilla. He and his wife Melissa run a publication called The Co-pour with writings on leadership, management, and culture issues, particularly in tech startups.
Johnathan has run some very technical organizations but has found that most of the really hard, long term problems are about people. How to keep them motivated and excited about their work, how to help them organize and focus their thoughts and attention, how to get them communicating effectively with their peers, their community, and the rest of the world.

Eva Wong is Co-Founder and COO of Borrowell, a fintech lender that offers fast, fair, and friendly personal loans, and provides Equifax credit scores for free. With a background in management consulting and business development, she has worked at Maple Leaf Foods, Oliver Wyman and a number of not-for-profit organizations.
Eva was named one of Elle Canada magazine’s "9 Canadian Women Changing The Game" in 2016 and is a finalist for LendIt’s global “Fintech Woman of the Year” award.
Eva has degrees from Queen’s School of Business and Harvard University. She enjoys food blogs and baking projects with her two kids.
